SeatEasy Back to home
For ticketing partners

Put your inventory in front of buyers who see the honest price.

SeatEasy compares available tickets and their true, all-in prices across multiple sources on one map. Where a source permits, buyers check out on SeatEasy; otherwise we send an attributed link-out. We are not the seller of record. The fulfilling partner's terms govern each order.

Operated by JMJS Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Launching in the United States in 2026.

What is already built

We have an in-house technical team and a working product architecture prepared for live partner integration.

Supplier-adapter framework

A new source is one adapter behind a common interface, with no changes to the core. Your API slots in cleanly.

Source-resolution layer

Listings from different sources are normalized and reconciled so the same event and seats line up on one map.

All-in pricing, shown first

Every listing shows the total price including mandatory fees before checkout, with clear "Sold via {Source}" attribution.

Automated test suite

More than 80 passing automated tests cover the pipeline, so integrations ship on a stable, verified base.

No scraping

Inventory enters SeatEasy only through contracted or sandbox APIs. We do not scrape marketplaces, and we can work directly with your API documentation, sandbox environment, and prescribed onboarding.

What we are looking for

Inventory API access

Real-time inventory and pricing we can display and, where permitted, sell.

Sandbox credentials

A test environment so we can integrate and verify before go-live.

A commercial conversation

Terms, settlement, merchant-of-record, and go-live criteria.

How an integration works

1

Access

You provide sandbox and API credentials. No changes to your systems.

2

Build

We write one adapter behind our common interface, integrate against your sandbox, and verify it against our automated test suite.

3

Go live

We list your inventory with "Sold via {Source}" attribution and all-in pricing, and settle to your merchant-of-record and payout model. You choose what we display and sell.

Common questions

Are you the seller of record?

No. The fulfilling partner is the seller and merchant of record unless we agree otherwise, and its purchasing and refund terms apply to each order and are shown to the buyer.

Do you scrape?

No. Inventory enters SeatEasy only through contracted or sandbox APIs.

Is this exclusive?

No. We work with multiple sources and display them side by side. We are glad to confirm co-display and non-exclusivity in the agreement.

How do you show price?

All-in first: the ticket price plus mandatory fees, in line with US all-in pricing rules, with clear source attribution on every listing.

What markets and timing?

Launching in the United States in 2026, with additional markets on the roadmap.
